Job Summary: Our Company needs a highly capable, motivated System Administrator (SA) who will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of both our internal and external IT infrastructure. The job also requires the individual to provide daily support to all of the Company's employees and customers. He will be closely working and directly reporting to IT Manager. Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience with Servers (HP, Dell, IBM) and Windows Server Operating System (Win2008R2 Standard, Win2012R2 Standard or higher)
  • With strong background knowledge in Linux based system (Ubuntu, CentOS and RedHar) with MHN/cPanel Management
  • Knowledgeable in Fortigate and Cisco ASA firewall
  • Knowledgeable in Managing and configuring IIS
  • Knowledgeable in Apache, nginx, xampp, MySQL, MSSQL is a plus
  • Must be willing to start immediately
  • Will be based in Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years in an operational leadership role in a BPO Company
  • Work experience in the medical transcription industry is an advantage but not essential
  • A clear understanding of Data Protection and Information Security obligation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate internally as well as externally with remote locations, external technological partners and customers
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and strong problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to gain the confidence, respect and trust of customers, managers and staff

RESPONSIBILITIES: Accounting Officer is responsible for accounts receivables function by ensuring that Sales invoice will be send on time to the customers in UK.  Attend to internal customers like Sales and Account Management team by providing the necessary report on a timely basis. Payment processing for local suppliers and government remittances as well as bi-monthly payroll processing and to ensure that vouchers is filed on time for bookkeeping of the 3rd party accountant.  Back up of Finance team leader in all function.

  • Accounting graduate from reputable school
  • At least 5 years work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge around accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Proficient in excel
  • Willing to work hands-on, as the role is an individual contributor role

  • At least 5 years experience in medical transcription
  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Can type at least 50 words per minute
  • Knowledgeable in a wide variety of medical terminologies in different specialties
  • Ability to adjust to various styles of dictation
  • Team-player and willing to work on a shifting schedule except GY and during PH Holidays except Christmas, New Year and  Good Friday
  • Tech-savvy and good research skills (knows how to use MS Excel and Ms Word)
  • Knowledge in UK or AU English is an advantage but not required
  • Proficient computer skills and tech savvy (above average knowledge of MS Excel and Word use)
  • Competent research skills (online and offline)
  • Willing to start immediately in Pasig City or Clark Freeport Pampanga
Responsibilities:
  •    Edit transcribed reports at a minimum of 1300 lines per day with an accuracy rate of 98.50%
  •     Verify accuracy of transcribed reports using prescribed transcription standards
  •     Complete reports well within before the required deadlines
  •     Review corrected reports and be able to provide feedback to prevent recurrence

  • Must be able to transcribe a minimum of at least 500 lines per day with an accuracy rate of at least 95%
  • Ensure that submitted reports follow our clients' preferences.
  • Verify accuracy of transcribed reports
  • Complete reports well within before the prescribed deadlines
  • Review corrected reports and be able to identify mistakes to prevent recurrence
